Andes Cream De Menthe Fudge

Easy fudge recipe featuring marshmallow, vanilla extract, and creme de menthe. Make this recipe in just minutes.
Ingredients -
2-1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 stick Butter
1 (5.33 ounces) can Evaporated Milk (3/4 cup)
1 (7 ½ ounces) jar Marshmallow Fluff
3/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 (10 ounces) package + 1/4 cup Andes Cream De Menthe Baking Pieces
 
Preparation:

1. Grease a 9 x 9” baking pan.

2. In large saucepan, combine sugar, salt, butter, evaporated milk, and marshmallow fluff.

3. Cook over low heat until smooth and blended.

4. Heat to a rolling boil.

5. Boil slowly for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

6. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and crème de menthe chocolate pieces.

7. Stir until chocolate melts.

8. Pour into greased baking pan.

9. Cool. Cut into small squares.

Test Your Candy Thermometer
Test your candy thermometer before starting your fudge recipe. Boil a pan of water, insert the thermometer and ensure it reads 212 F. or 100 degrees C.

Soft Ball Stage
Use a wooden spoon to stir fudge during the soft ball cooking stage. If at all possible don’t touch the fudge at all as it reaches this critical point.
