Fudge Making Tips
Scoring The Fudge
When fudge is warm and firm, score tiny squares into the top with a very sharp knife so cutting them all the way through later is much easier.

Fudge Making Tips
Storing Fudge
To keep fudge fresh, wrap it tightly in foil or plastic wrap, place in an airtight container and keep it in a cool, dry location.
