1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Add 1-1/2 cups of the brownie mix, graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter to medium bowl. Stir to combine.
3. Spoon mixture into 9 x 13” baking pan. Press mixture evenly over bottom.
4. Add caramels and evaporated milk to saucepan. Heat over low until melted.
5. Carefully spread caramel mixture over brownie mixture.
6. Sprinkle peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and ¾ cup pecans over caramel mixture.
7. In a medium bowl, combine remaining brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg.
8. Stir 60 seconds.
9. Spoon batter over pecans.
10. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup pecans.
11. Bake 35 minutes. Cool completely.
