Chocolate Fudge Drops

Milk chocolate melted and combined with granola and salted peanuts. Cookies are shaped and cooled; garnished if desired.

Ingredients -
1-1/2 ounces package Milk Chocolate Morsels
1-1/4 cups Granola Cereal
1 cup Salted Peanuts

Garnishes:
Candied Cherries
Candy-Coated Chocolate Pieces
 
Preparation:

1. Melt milk chocolate morsels in a saucepan over very low heat or on a very low setting in the microwave.

2. Stir in granola cereal and salted peanuts.

3. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper-lined cookie sheets.

4. Garnish with candied cherry or candy coated chocolate pieces, if desired.

5. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
