Christmas Fudge

Forget Christmas. This stuff is great year round. This fudge style treat is easy to make, even the kids can put this one together with little assistance.
Ingredients -
3 (6 ounces each) packages Chocolate Chips
2 cups Pecans
1 cup Butter
1 (8 ounces) jar Marshmallow Crème
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
4 1/2 cups Sugar
1 large can Evaporated Milk
 
Preparation:

1. Add sugar and evaporated milk to saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

2. Continue stirring for 10 minutes.

3. Add chocolate chips, pecans, butter, marshmallow crème, and vanilla extract to medium bowl.

4. Stir to combine.

5. Pour hot sugar and milk mixture into marshmallow crème mixture.

6. Stir until mixture is well combined.

7. Pour into buttered 9 x 13” baking pan.

8. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
