1. Add sugar and evaporated milk to saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
2. Continue stirring for 10 minutes.
3. Add chocolate chips, pecans, butter, marshmallow crème, and vanilla extract to medium bowl.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Pour hot sugar and milk mixture into marshmallow crème mixture.
6. Stir until mixture is well combined.
7. Pour into buttered 9 x 13” baking pan.
8. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
