Dark Chocolate Pistachio Fudge

Easy stovetop fudge features dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and pistachios. Make it this afternoon, and enjoy it this evening.
Ingredients -
3 cups (18 ounces) Dark Chocolate Chips
1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
dash of Kosher Salt
1 cup Pistachios (shelled)
1-1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
 
Preparation:

1. Add dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt to large saucepan.

2. Cook over low heat until chocolate melts.

3. Remove saucepan from heat.

4. Stir in pistachios and vanilla extract.

5. Spread mixture evenly onto waxed paper-lined 9 x 9” baking pan.

6. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours.

7. Invert pan and remove fudge to cutting board.

8. Flip fudge right side up and cut into squares.
