Fudge Making Tips
Regular and Superfine White Sugar

White sugar is produced from both cane sugar and sugar beets. White sugar is available in regular table sugar or granulated sugar, typically packaged in 5 pound bags, and superfine sugar which is regular sugar than has been ground to a finer granulation. Superfine sugar creates a more delicate texture and increased level of moisture.

Fudge Making Tips
Creaming Butter with Superfine Sugar

When creaming with butter superfine sugar will blend in easier than regular white sugar and create a better, shinier cake texture.
